INSURANCE INFORMATION
The vehicles of Europark Rent a Car are guaranteed under Obligatory Financial Liability (Traffic) and Damage Liability Insurance (Casco) pursuant  to Motorways and Traffic Law no.2918. Europark considers its duty to insure EuroPark customers either as stipulated by laws and in line with their preferences. For this reason, EuroPark  presents sixt different kinds of insurance to the benefit of its customers.

TRAFFIC INSURANCE 
It is a compulsary insurance stipulated by the law and not requiring extra charge.

DAMAGE LIABİLİTY INSURANCE -CASCO(CDW)
The renter shall be liable for all damage and responsibilities arising during operation of vehicles rented from EuroPark .However, the renter may eliminate his liability on any damage to the vehicle by paying an extra daily charge. Damage liability insurance guarantees all tangible loss which may arise from the operation of the vehicle by the renter.

THEFT PROTECTION (TP)
The renter may cover the vehicle against theft by paying a daily charge.

TIRE-WINDSCREEN-HEADLIGHT INSURANCE (TWH)
By paying a daily charge, the renter may cover claims arising from Tire Burning,Glass or Headlight Breakage, which are not covered by Casco insurance.

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE (PAIPLUS)
By paying the respective charge, the renter may cover any tangible loss to third parties arising from the operation of the vehicle.

All insurance shall be valid and effective only if the insurance related section of the EuroPark Rental Contract is signed upon initiation of the contract

IN ORDER FOR THE INSURANCES TO BE VALID:

-All local traffic laws must be fully obeyed.

-The vehicle should not be driven inappropriately and the driver should not be fully at fault.

-The vehicle should not be moved from scene of the accident before local authorities arrive and all accident and alcohol reports are obtained and sent to EuroPark within 48 hours of the accident.

-Driver must be registered on the rental agreement

-Vehicle should not be driven by unlicenced driver(s)

Otherwise all insurance will be invalid and the renter will be tully liable for all damages financially. In addition, misrepresentation amd misleading statements to Sixt officials , to authorized traffic and to local security force, driving the vehicle ina areas closed to traffic or in prohibited zones, or driving with an overload of cargo or passenger shall constitute grounds for automatic cancellation of the insurance.
